Meet Chavini
As a wife and mama to our little boy, I deeply value family, meaningful moments, and the joy found in life’s celebrations. I love bringing warmth, care, and intention into everything I do.
With 12 years of local and international experience in hospitality and events, along with 5 years of formal education in hospitality, tourism, and event management, I bring both professional expertise and a calm, thoughtful approach to every celebration. My work at one of Vancouver’s prestigious private clubs, along with my role as an Events and Banquets Manager at a five-star property in downtown Vancouver, has strengthened my ability to manage details, lead calmly under pressure, and create seamless guest experiences.
My team and I intentionally take on a limited number of events each year, allowing us to focus on precision, quality, and a personalized experience for every couple. My passion for weddings comes from both the heart and hands-on experience in the industry, and I love helping couples feel supported, organized, and fully present throughout their celebration.

Chavini holds a Master of Hospitality Management Studies (MHMS) from Fairleigh Dickinson University Vancouver, a globally recognized hospitality program accredited by Hotel Schools of Distinction.
The program is recognized with a Top 15 World Ranking for Best Hospitality and Hotel Management School by CEOWorld Magazine 2025 and prepares graduates for leadership roles across hospitality, tourism, guest experience, and event and conference planning.

Chavini holds a BSC (Hons) in Hospitality, Tourism and Events Management from the University of Plymouth, United Kingdom, where she completed three years of study focused on hospitality, tourism, events, guest experience, and service operations.
Her education strengthened her understanding of how successful events are planned and delivered — from event design and guest flow to communication, logistics, and the overall experience.
